With a career spanning from the 1977 to 2008 (when her last album was released), Donna Summer proved that she was more than the Queen of Disco. While other disco stars faded, she burned brighter than ever. Only Madonna has more number one dance hits than her. Their will never be another like her. And we should all be thankful for the chance to have witnessed a true Goddess create beauty on this Earth.
Yes she was a crack addict. But she was still an iconic singer. No i did not listen to her music a lot but that’s enough info for me to respect her.
